It is not yet a complete statewide or even complete Hampton Roads-wide directory — see the guide's own known-gaps note on each section for what's still unresearched.

Charted Waters started as, and still primarily is, a Hampton Roads fishing guide — locations, species, bait & tackle, charters, and a beginner learning path, all separate from this waterfowl guide's own content and rules.
