Ingredients
- 4 cobia steaks, about 1 inch thick
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce or coconut aminos
- 1 tsp black pepper, 2 cloves garlic
- Grilled lemon halves to serve
Method
- 1Brush steaks with oil, soy, garlic, and pepper.
- 2Preheat a clean grill to medium-high.
- 3Grill 5–6 minutes per side, turning once.
- 4Verify 145°F at the center before removing.
- 5Rest 5 minutes and serve with grilled lemon.
